I’m a certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Business Consultant. I help people explore their inner selves, beliefs, values, and desires to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivate a stronger spiritual connection in order to create their dream reality.

I did the corporate thing for a while, working for some of the world’s largest companies. But I always knew that kind of work wasn’t my reason for being, my purpose. I wasn’t happy with my job and life was stressful and overwhelming. I was depressed, anxious, lonely, and frustrated. I didn’t know who I was or what I truly wanted in my life.

My biggest lesson learned was the importance of seeking help. So I did in order to figure out exactly what I needed to shift in order to be happy. I eventually began working with a coach and have been on my path of self-discovery ever since. I figured out what spirituality is for me and how important it is in my life to nurture. And I urge others to have the courage to do the same.

My journey has led me to find joy diving deep into spirituality, fitness, nutrition, meditation, energy healing, plant medicines, breathwork, metaphysics, quantum physics, psychology, and crystals. I also discovered how much I truly enjoy helping others on their own journeys. The experiences I’ve had have equipped me with knowledge and wisdom that is most relevant to those that are drawn to work with me. And I am currently developing more of my gifts so that I can expand my offerings to serve others.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Miami and a Master’s of Business Admin in International Business and Marketing from the University of Florida. I enjoy traveling, experiencing new restaurants, learning new crafts, exploring real estate, roller skating, and bike riding.
